Workout in the Park Series Expanded

    To keep our members active and moving during our annual maintenance shut down, we are expanding our Workout in the Park offerings during the week of Aug. 7-13. Here’s the lineup of fantastic, free classes we will be offering in Foster Park:

    Monday: 6pm-7pm Total Conditioning

    Tuesday: 4pm-5pm HIIT

    Wednesday: 6pm-7pm Yoga/bootcamp

    Thursday: 10am-11am Refit

    Thursday: 4pm-5pm HIIT
