BOOT CAMP
Back to the basics --- basic training that is. This workout is derived from the tough physical training of the army. Exercises such as squat thrusts, sprinting, push-ups, and crunches are used just to name a few. The class activities vary by the day to give a total body workout! Circuit, weights, kickboxing, cycling, and running stairs are all a given for the week! This class works the heart, lungs and muscles and works them hard!
STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS
Want to lift weights but not sure how begin? We have the class for you! Try our strength for life class. This class is designed to help beginners, veterans, and everyone in between. Our instructors will not only help you learn which exercises on what machines will help you realize your goals, BUT explain why and how these exercises are beneficial. Take the mystery out of strength training! Join our class!
TURBO FIRE
Turbo Fire is a new class we are trying. It meets at 5:20 am in the small gym! Plan to sweat!
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Ready to kick it up notch? We've got the class for you! This high energy blockbuster class has helped to reshape many! Our instructors will take you through the basic boxing and martial arts moves set to a funky beat to keep you geared up and ready for more! Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and our instructors may even find a new pace for you that you didn't even know existed! This is one hour of high intensity, fun, and empowering workout!

KID'S FITNESS
Fun classes with filled with plenty of activity will start your youngster on the right path
to healthy living. Energetic instructors lead our little learners through a series of fun games,
obstacle courses and plenty laughs.
Wednesday morning only currently available.
GROUP CYCLING
Take this non-impact journey conducted on specially designed stationary bikes. The coach will take participants through a 45-minute workout with fun music and great visuals, which will leave them motivated and inspired to train again! Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. This is a great sweat!
Morning and evening classes are available. This class is located on the fourth floor in cycle studio.

GROUP FLEX
This class is excellent for all fitness levels. The class utilizes bands, hand weights, barbells, and floor exercises to focus on strength training with short spirts of cardio in between. Though there is no such thing as spot reduction, this class works to tighten and firm areas that may need a little extra attention.
This class is located in the fourth floor exercise studio!
MAT PILATES
This class will work you through a series of movements to help you develop muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured! This class will train through efficient patterns of motions to create an evenly conditioned body. Teaches body awareness, good posture and strength.
YOGA
This is one hour of exercise your body will thank you for. This class will move your body through a continuous rhythm of deep stretching and powerful poses. The key is in the breathing. Breathing through a pose and controlling your reaction to stress helps you better adapt to your own stress during the day! You will sweat in this class and use a lot of upper body strength. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. This is your time to release and give back to yourself!
REFORMER PILATES
We have the ORIGINAL! Building on the principles of Joseph Pilates, our class works to develop a strong "core" or center of the body. Our classically trained instructors will take you through a series of movements to help you build strength without "bulking up", increase flexibility and agility, develop optimal core control, create flatter abdominals, and give you a refreshing mind-body workout.

This class is in the fourth floor pilates studio located off the large exercise classroom.
SENIOR FITNESS (ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS)
Active Older Adults. If you are at least 55 years young, come join us three days a week for light exercise consisting of stretching, hand weights, cardio and more. Keep moving, that�s what it is about!

STEP AEROBICS
This is a moderate impact class that involves a wide range of stepping patterns on an adjustable bench and incorporates a cardiovascular workout as well as toning and strength exercises using hand weights and resistance tubing. Can be adapted to all fitness levels, no one need to be left unchallenged!

STRESS RELIEF YOGA
This is a slower rhythm form of power yoga. Deeper stretches and more time to go further in the pose is the essence or this class. Individuals are encouraged to work at the pace they need to achieve the desired results.

TREKKING
The class starts with about a 5 minute warm up. The body of the workout is 20-25 minutes of changing inclines and speeds. Everyone walks and runs at the same incline, but each person chooses their own speed, enabling the class to accommodate runners and walkers. After the 25 minutes of peaks, valleys and staircase climbs, students go into a cool-down and some much needed stretches. The beauty of working out on a treadmill is the intensity can be manipulated in small increments enabling students to maintain control.

This class is located on the third floor.
TOTAL CONDITIONING
The format of this class is 5-6 minutes of cardio and 5-6 minutes of muscle conditioning exercises. Hi/Lo or step aerobics will be the cardio portion of class and the muscle conditioning will vary with body weight, hand weights, barbells, exer-tubes, and other various equipment. The changing pace of cardio and weights will have your heart rate going up and down and will keep your body always guessing! Great workout!

YOGALATES
This class is a combination of power yoga and mat Pilates. This class builds strength without bulk, improves flexibility and agility, and helps prevent injury.
